Move In Procedures

FOR DEALERS WHO HAVE PAID FOR THEIR BOOTH SPACE IN FULL; please see Paul Kutch for your dealer packet and badges prior to move in.  IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR BOOTH SPACE IN FULL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE SHOW, DEALER MOVE IN THROUGH THE TUNNEL WILL BEGIN AT 7:30AM ON FRIDAY MORNING.

IF YOU OWE A BALANCE ON YOUR BOOTH SPACE, please go the the dealer check in booth located by the coffee at the back of the showroom floor. No dealers are permitted to move in until your booth space is paid in full. IF YOU OWE A BALANCE ON YOUR BOOTH UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SHOW, DEALER MOVE IN THROUGH THE TUNNEL WILL BEGIN AT 9:00 AM ON FRIDAY MORNING.

This convention center has a loading dock where vehicles can be parked and unloaded from. We should be able to fit approximately 9-10 vehicles on the dock at once. We will be working from the far right of the room and moving left.

There will be a few porters on hand with large carts to help with moving the items in from your vehicle to your booth. Their services are complementary to the dealers; however, they will be working for tips. You may also use your own hand trucks to move in your own items.

Once your vehicle has been emptied, you will be required to move it from the loading dock so that we can continue to move in the next vehicles.

Dealer booth space must be fully set up, open and ready for business by the time the show opens at 2:00 pm on Friday.

* Merchandise and displays must stay inside the footprint of your booth, extending out into the aisle is violation of fire code and is not permitted.* 

*** BADGES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. NO ONE IS PERMITTED ON THE FLOOR DURING SET UP HOURS UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PROPER DEALER BADGE. ANYONE CAUGHT ON THE FLOOR WITHOUT A BADGE WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SHOWROOM FLOOR.

SUNDAY MOVE OUT PROCEDURES

It is expected that dealer booth spaces will remain open to the retail public until 3:00 pm on Sunday. Initial booth breakdown can begin at 2:30 P.M. Please understand we have customers who have paid to come into the show and we want them to have a great experience. Closing your booth down early reflects poorly on the show. If you have a special circumstance or medical/family emergency please see Paul Kutch for special arrangements for early departure.

TUNNEL MOVE OUT ON SUNDAY:

ONCE YOUR BOOTH IS COMPLETELY PACKED UP PLEASE GO TO THE MERCHANDISE BOOTH AND ASK FOR ADRIAN, AMY, OR BETSY AND THEY WILL CHECK YOUR SPACE AND ISSUE YOU A NUMBERED MOVE OUT PASS. YOU MAY THEN PUT YOUR VEHICLE AT THE TOP OF THE BACK RAMP, VEHICLES WILL BE CALLED DOWN INTO THE TUNNEL FOR LOAD OUT IN NUMBER ORDER. PLEASE SEE PAUL KUTCH WITH ANY QUESTIONS. HE WILL BE LOCATED AT THE TUNNEL ENTRANCE AT THE BACK OF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR BY THE LARGE OVERHEAD DOOR.
