**Quick Tips**

• Admission is required for entry to the show every day. Kids 10 & under are free with a paid adult admission!
  • Pre-order your admission and save! Presale admission is $15 per day and can be purchased here. Presale pricing ends at 11:00pm on the Tuesday before the show. After this time, admission can be purchased at show pricing online or via cash or credit (3.5% processing fee) at the door.
• All pre-purchased guest tickets will be available for pickup from Will Call, located just outside the show entrance in the lobby of Hall A – enter the main glass doors and turn right.
  • If you have purchased an autograph ticket, you must either supply or purchase the item you are having signed. Tickets are for signatures only. You can bring your own item, pre-order merchandise for pickup at Will Call or visit our Merchandise Booth for a selection of helmets, footballs, baseballs, photos and more! Supplies are limited.
• All signings and photo ops take place in the Autograph Pavilion.
  • All guest tickets are numbered – customers are called into the lines by number in groups to help minimize your time spent waiting in line.
  • Looking for a good family option? Photo op tickets are great because up to 5 people can be in a single posed professional photo with your favorite athlete(s)! Photo ops include one glossy 8×10 print.
• Plan to be flexlible with your time, enjoy everything The Philly Show has to offer!
  • Guest schedules can be impacted by weather, travel, etc. so please bookmark our schedule updates page here, follow us on social media and in the event of a delay, spend some extra time checking out all the dealer booths featuring cards, collectibles and more!

Tips for Attending the Show

• Wear comfortable shoes! The Philly Show is 140,000+ square feet of trading cards, collectibles, memorabilia and more taking place in Halls A, B, D & E at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center – enter through the Hall A Main Entrance.
• Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to the start of your first guests scheduled signing time. Signing times can be found here when finalized.
• Pre-order your admission and save! Presale admission pricing ends at 11:00pm on the Tuesday before the show. After this time, admission can be purchased at show pricing online or via cash or credit (3.5% processing fee) at the door.
• We do not mail advance tickets. All pre-purchased tickets are available for pickup from the Will Call, located on the right as you enter the Hall A lobby. ID is required for Will Call pickup and alternate pickup names must be included on the order or confirmed in writing prior to the show.

Admission Tickets

• General Admission Tickets must be purchased for each day you wish to attend the show and are required for access to the Autograph Pavilion, even if you have purchased autograph and/or photo op tickets.
• Admission tickets can be preordered online or purchased at the door – now accepting cash or credit! Please note that all credit card purchases including admission are subject to a service fee.
• Admission prices may vary between online preorder and during-show purchase, presale pricing ends at 11:00pm on the Tuesday before the show.
• Admission tickets are digital! When you place your order, you will receive an email and/or text message with a QR code. That code will be scanned at the door (can be on your phone or a printer hard copy) in exchange for an admission wristband that must be worn properly and is valid for re-entry throughout the day.

Advance Guest Tickets

• Athlete autograph tickets can be purchased on-line or at the show.
• Autograph Tickets are for only in-person attendance, click here for mail order information.
• On-line ticket sales end at the date and time posted on the top of the ticket sales page. Tickets for all signers will be available for purchase in-person from The Philly Show Ticket Sales booth located in the Hall B unless they have been posted as sold out.
• We do not mail advance tickets. All pre-purchased tickets are available for pickup from the Will Call windows located in the lobby at the entrance of Hall A.

Mail Order

• Can’t make it to the show? Send in your item to be signed as mail order! Read more about the mail order process here.
• Mail order customers are now able to purchase tickets online! If purchasing online, please be sure to include MAIL ORDER in the order notes section at checkout and email info@phillyshow.com with any questions.
• BE SURE TO FILL OUT YOUR MAIL ORDER FORMS COMPLETELY. Note that if even if you are placing an online order for autographs/inscriptions online, additional payment information must still be included on your forms to cover fees and return shipping.

Autograph Items

• Autograph Tickets are for flats, baseballs, mini helmets, mini basketballs (unless noted otherwise in ticket description)
  • Flats are flat items that are 16 x 20 inches or smaller, such as trading cards, photos, books, magazines, small posters, and pennants
• Premium Autograph Tickets are for flat items that are larger than 16 x 20 inches, full-size helmets, basketballs, footballs, bats, jerseys, equipment or original artwork (unless noted otherwise in ticket description)
• Inscription ticket must be accompanied by an autograph ticket, guests will not add an inscription to a previously signed item
• Guests are regularly scheduled for overlapping time slots; this does not cause any problem when getting items signed by multiple guests. Tickets for each signing guest are called by number to minimize the time spent waiting in line and our staff is available to assist you if necessary.

Photo Ops

• Photo Ops (unless they are noted as Digital Photo Ops) are taken by a professional photographer and take place 15-30 minutes prior to the posted appearance time in the Photo Op Booth, located in the Autograph Pavilion
• Photo Ops can be used individually or can include your group of up to 5 people in a single photo with the named guest(s).
• Professional Photo Ops include one glossy 8×10 print of your photo (printed on site). Additional prints can be purchased from the photographer directly.
• Digital Photo Ops are taken with your phone or camera at the signing table and do not include any hard copy print. They are only offered when noted.
