All your item orders must be RECEIVED and our item orders placed by this date.
**MAIL ORDER FORMS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS.**
THE MAIL ORDER FORM IS A MINIMUM OF 2 PAGES. LARGE ORDERS PLEASE REPRINT PAGE 2 OR USE THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS FORM AS NEEDED AS AN ADD-ON.
MAIL ORDER GUIDELINES:

Label your item with name, pen color and where you want the autograph on the front of the item.

Label EVERY ITEM on the back with your NAME and PHONE NUMBER.

DO NOT label only the top loader – if the item is moved without the top loader it will be signed at the Athlete’s/Celebrity’s discretion.

Payment is accepted via credit card, check and cash (recommended for drop of orders only).

Our Item mail order is available; contact us via email at info@phillyshow.com or via phone at (908) 824-7247 to place an order.

Customers are encouraged to include their own return shipping label to save on costs and insure with carrier as desired – due to new postal regulations, all return shipping MUST INCLUDE TRACKING – loose postage can no longer be used for carrier pickup or accepted.

Allow up to 2 weeks for return delivery.

Items can be shipped to THE PHILLY SHOW / ATTN: MAIL ORDER or dropped off by appointment to ECSM, address: 15 MINNEAKONING RD. #203, FLEMINGTON, NJ 08822. Please call (908) 824-7247 or email info@phillyshow to schedule an office drop off.

Items MUST be received prior to the posted deadline. Mail order is packed and transported from our office days prior to the show so we are unable to process late deliveries. NO DROP OFFS ACCEPTED AT THE SHOW.

Credit Card – provide card information via phone or with your shipment (3.5% processing fee)

**PLEASE NOTE – THERE IS A MANDATORY HANDLING/INSURANCE FEE OF $10 PER SIGNATURE REQUESTED.**
MULTI SIGNED ITEMS HAVE A MAX FEE OF $50 PER ITEM (5 OR MORE SIGNATURES ON A SINGLE ITEM).

Please complete the applicable mail order form(s) and mail with the item(s) you are sending to have signed. If you do not have access to a printer, please be sure to include all details with your shipment. Remember to LABEL YOUR ITEMS with signing requests, name and phone number.
