MAIL ORDER GUIDELINES:

Please follow the guidelines outlined below to help get your item signed correctly and returned as quickly as possible.

• Label your item with name, pen color and where you want the autograph on the front of the item.

• Label EVERY ITEM on the back with your NAME and PHONE NUMBER.

• DO NOT label only the top loader – if the item is moved without the top loader it will be signed at the Athlete’s/Actor’s discretion.

• Payment is accepted via credit card, Venmo, check and cash (see details below).

• Allow up to 2 weeks for return delivery.
