All purchases must be made directly through Bill’s Sports Cards & Memorabilia as detailed below.

Any purchases made online will be refunded, the service fee will be forfeited and the order will have to be reprocessed correctly.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

• Label your item with name, pen color and where you want the autograph on the front of the item.

• Label EVERY ITEM on the back with your NAME and PHONE NUMBER.

• DO NOT label only the top loader – if the item is moved without the top loader it will be signed at the Athlete’s/Actor’s discretion.

• Payment is accepted via credit card, Venmo, check and cash (see details below).

SHIPMENT:

• Items can be shipped or dropped off during business hours to BILL’S SPORTS CARDS & MEMORABILIA, 2720 RHAWN STREET, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19152

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

• Credit Card – provide card information via phone or with your shipment

• Venmo – send to William-Mason-94

• Check – make payable to Mason Financial Services

• Cash – recommended for drop off only, not responsible for cash sent through the mail

• DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE – payments must be made via methods listed above

FORMS:

• Please complete the applicable mail order form(s) and mail with the item(s) you are sending to have signed. If you do not have access to a printer, please be sure to include all details with your shipment. Remember to LABEL YOUR ITEMS with signing requests, name and phone number.
