PHOTO OPS

  • Digital Photo Ops are a posed photo taken at the signing table with your phone or camera.
  • Professional Photo Ops are taken by a professional photographer in our photo op booth and can include your group of up to 5 people in a single posed photo with the name guest(s). One color glossy 8×10 print is included. EXPECT WAIT & PRINT TIMES TO INCREASE DURING HIGH VOLUME SHOWS/GUESTS.
  • Photo Op Timing is generally that photo ops take place 15-30 minutes prior to the posted signing time, at the photo op booth for professional photo ops. Photo ops are announced over the speaker system in the autograph area and across the show floor.

AUTOGRAPHS

  • Autograph Tickets are generally for a flat item (trading card, photo, book, magazine, etc.) sized 16×20 inches or smaller, baseball, mini helmet – flat item max size varies by guest*
  • Mid-Level Tickets are occasionally listed for guests, see ticket descriptions for item specifics*
  • Premium Tickets are generally for a full-size helmet, jersey, bat, football, basketball, equipment or oversized item*
  • Artwork of any kind, original or reprint, must be approved prior to signing – email item dimensions and details along with a photo of the item to info@phillyshow.com for approval. This includes painted canvases, baseballs, jerseys, equipment, lithos, giclees, prints, etc.
  • *Ticket descriptions may vary by signing guest, see individual ticket descriptions for exact information.

INSCRIPTIONS

  • Inscription tickets are used to add a single event or statistic, up to 3 words, to an item being signed. Inscriptions must be accompanied by an appropriate autograph ticket – guests will NOT add an inscription to a previously signed item. Multiple inscription tickets can be purchased for longer/multiple inscriptions (see guest descriptions for restrictions). Guests reserve the right to refuse any requested inscription. In the event a requested inscription is refused, visit the Merchandise with the unused ticket (including stub) for a full refund.

REFUND POLICY

  • Admission Tickets – There are NO REFUNDS on general admission tickets for any reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Autograph / Photo Op Tickets – Guest tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Appearance dates and times are subject to change, schedule updates do not qualify for refunds. FULL REFUNDS will only be issued in the event of a GUEST CANCELLATION.
