Add one inscription to the item you are having signed (“Our Item” or “Your Item”). Inscription can be up to three words regarding one event or statistic. Longer/multiple inscriptions can be added to a single item with multiple inscription purchases. Inscriptions can not be added to previously signed items. Please fill out and send the appropriate Mail Order Form or include all pertinent signing details (signature location, pen type and color, inscription, etc.) in the Order Notes section at checkout. “Your Item” items must be received / “Our Item” orders must be placed by March 14, 2021. Include prepaid label or purchase return shipping for “Your Item” orders. No shipping purchase necessary for “Our Item” orders.
