One Autograph Ticket entitles the bearer to one signature on a FOOTBALL, JERSEY, FULL SIZE HELMET, EQUIPMENT, ARTWORK OR FLAT ITEM OVER 11×14 from the named athlete and permits entry for up to TWO adults and TWO children into the autograph line.
